What will you do?

As a Cloud Solution Architect you will advise stakeholders and translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions, help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of strategic solutions and own the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects.

This role requires managing how decisions in each area affect an overall solution, developing a deep expertise in cloud technologies as well as broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed using cloud platforms and capturing and sharing best-practice knowledge amongst the solution architect community

You will also take part in pre-sales and approaching new customers, own each engagement, and help ensure a timely and successful delivery of value.

You will actively support partner relationships and contribute to growth of strategic skillset of cloud community in GFT.

Your skills:

· Experience in architecting cloud solutions with one of public cloud providers: AWS/GCP/Azure

· Expert knowledge and experience of Continuous Integration & Delivery and DevOps & Agile principles and practices

· Experience of creating and delivering (hybrid) cloud application migration strategies and/or landing zones to meet customer specific requirements

· Familiarity with enterprise architecture/infrastructure/integration patterns

· Familiarity with and ability to design microservice architectures, containerization, Kubernetes, infrastucture as code, service mesh, API gateways

· Understanding of system productionization concerns and NFRs: HA, DR, logging and monitoring

· Advanced experience and knowledge across various aspects of IT, including networking, virtualization, identity, security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data management, budgeting, and governance

· Ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and reliable solutions

· Excellent communicaton skills that will allow you to represent GFT within a customer’s environment and drive discussions with senior personnel within the company

· Ability to work independently on a forward edge with direct exposure to senior stakeholders

· Ability to support sales and contribute to offering materials

· Fluent English and readiness for frequent written, phone or direct communication
