What will you do?

As a JavaScript Tech Lead you will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality solutions for the largest investment banks in the world. On a daily basis you will work in Scrum, lead and motivate a team of engineers as a line manager, shape the team by interviewing and onboarding new joiners, take responsibility for project deliverables, monitor and report progress of the project (timesheet, risk management, project status) and cooperate with client on a daily basis.

Your skills:

· At least 5 years of practical experience with JavaScript (ES6 and newer) and TypeScript

· Very good knowledge of the browser environment (DOM)

· Understanding paradigms and patterns based on functional and object-oriented programming

· Skills in creating testable code, TDD / BDD style programming

· Commercial experience in designing and creating complex SPA applications using one of the frameworks available on the market (preferably Angular or React)

· Based on experience, skills in organizing team work and defining development processes used within the team

· Experience in running projects in multilingual, distributed teams

· Knowledge of Scrum methodology (or other Agile methodologies)

· Fluent English in speech and writing (frequent communication with English-speaking clients)
